For licensed ACA brokers and general agents

Every lead lands quoted, consented, and booked.

We run the ads. The funnel prices their household against real Marketplace plans, collects what an application actually needs, and captures both authorizations CMS requires — before your phone rings.

Start your setup

$600 a month per agent from the day you go live, plus a $250 one-time setup fee per agent. No call required. Cancel any time.

Ad spend is billed by Meta to your own ad account, never to us. You keep the account, the history and the leads.

What changes on the day it goes live

Reaching them

You dial a list and most of it never answers. The ones who do have no memory of filling anything out.

They pick a time on your calendar while the quote is still on their screen.

Getting their details

Twenty minutes on the phone reading back dates of birth, income and Social Security numbers.

Already answered before you meet them. Household, ages, income, doctors and prescriptions, all on the record.

Proving consent

A verbal yes, and a recording you hope you can find if anybody ever asks.

Two signed authorizations, each timestamped and filed to the contact as a PDF.

Starting the application

Retyping the household into HealthSherpa line by line while they wait.

One link opens HealthSherpa with the household already loaded, under your NPN.

Four stages, and what exists at the end of each

  1. Traffic

Meta campaigns we build, launch and tune daily, pointed at a funnel wearing your agency name, your colors and your NPN.

A visitor who knows whose page they are on.

  2. Quote

Eight screens: ZIP and county, household, timing, contact, doctors and prescriptions. Then real Marketplace plans for their county, priced with their premium tax credit applied.

A household with a price on it.

  3. Consent

Permission to contact and permission to act for them on the Marketplace are asked separately, signed separately, and rendered to PDF.

Two documents on the contact record.

  4. Handoff

A prefilled HealthSherpa link is minted for the household, the CRM tags the lead as ready, and they book a time with you.

An application waiting on one click.

Consent is captured twice, because it is two different permissions

Permission to contact them

TCPA consent: the number they gave, the time they gave it, and the exact wording they agreed to. This is the document that answers a complaint.

Permission to act for them

The CMS Marketplace authorization, in the form CMS asks for, carrying the ten-year retention it requires. This is the document that answers an audit.

Both are rendered to PDF and filed to the contact in your own CRM the moment they are signed. There is nothing for you to store, chase or reconstruct later — by the time you see the lead, the paperwork is already attached to it.

The arithmetic

$600/month

What you pay us, per agent

$15–20/day

Ad spend, billed by Meta to you

$1,050–1,200/month

All in

One enrolled household is worth roughly $400 to $500 in commission across a plan year, at the usual $20 to $25 per member per month — and it renews without you selling it again. So the month covers itself at around 3 households, and every household after that is book value you keep earning on.

That is arithmetic, not a forecast. What you actually enroll depends on your market, your budget, the season and how fast you call. Commission rates are set by the carriers, not by us.

Everything in one subscription

$600/month per agent

Plus a $250 one-time setup fee per agent, charged when you sign up. Every agent who will use a funnel is its own subscription. The monthly fee starts when your funnel goes live, or 7 days after signup at the latest. Ad spend is billed separately by Meta.

Your own branded funnel

Eight screens on your own domain, in your colors, under your NPN — quoting real Marketplace plans with the subsidy already applied.

A CRM, already built

A GoHighLevel sub-account configured for ACA before you ever log in.

49 fields, 13 tags

Written on every lead, so the pipeline sorts itself.

Consent on file

TCPA and CMS authorizations generated as PDFs and filed automatically.

One-click handoff

HealthSherpa opens prefilled for every quoted household.

Meta ads, managed

Creative, audiences, budgets and daily optimization — run on your own ad account, so you keep the asset.

Questions worth asking first

Do people really enter a Social Security number online?

Yes, and it is required rather than optional. The funnel is checking eligibility, not collecting a name — a Marketplace application needs the number, and people who intend to enroll this month give it. It is masked on their screen as they type, and it reaches your CRM in full, because HealthSherpa's application will ask you for it. It is also the sharpest qualifier on the page: somebody who will not enter one was not going to enroll.

How fast is it really live?

We build your funnel within 24 hours of you finishing onboarding. It can only show live prices once HealthSherpa approves an API key in your name, and that is their review queue, not ours — usually several days. Start that application the moment you sign up; it is the only step with a waiting period.

Is ad spend included in the price?

No, and that is deliberate. Campaigns run on your own Meta ad account and Meta bills your card directly, so you keep the account, the history and the control of the budget. The subscription covers the funnel, the CRM and managing the campaigns.

Who owns the leads?

You do. Every lead lands in your own GoHighLevel sub-account. We never resell them, never share them with another agent, and you can export everything if you leave.

What if I don't have a Facebook page or ad account?

Onboarding walks you through creating both, and through giving us partner access. You will need a payment method on the ad account before anything can run.

Is my market exclusive?

Not by default. We may work with other agents in your state or city, and where two campaigns chase the same audience both pay more. If you need exclusivity for a defined market, ask before you sign up so it can be written into your order.

What happens if Meta restricts my ad account?

Health insurance is a restricted advertising category and this happens to good accounts for no stated reason. We will work the appeal and rebuild what can be rebuilt, but nobody can guarantee it. Your funnel and CRM keep working with traffic from any other source.

Is the price per agent?

Yes. The monthly fee and the setup fee are both charged per agent, and each agent has their own funnel under their own name and National Producer Number. If you have more than one agent, each one signs up separately.

When am I charged?

The setup fee when you sign up. The monthly fee starts the day your funnel goes live, or 7 days after you sign up if it is not live by then — usually because a HealthSherpa key or Facebook access is still on its way. It renews on that date each month.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and if your monthly fee has not started yet, it never will. The setup fee is non-refundable once we have started building.
