Terms of Service
Last updated September 8, 2026
The short version. These terms cover using this website. If you are a paying customer, the separate Master Services Agreement you accepted at checkout is what governs the service itself — what you get, what it costs, and how to leave. Where the two could both apply, that agreement wins.
Who we are, and accepting these terms
This site is operated by Volt Digital, LLC dba FastTrack ACA, referred to below as FastTrack ACA. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We are a marketing agency. We do not sell insurance, we are not an insurance agency, and we are not affiliated with HealthCare.gov, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, HealthSherpa, Meta or any government agency.
What these terms cover
These terms cover this website — reading it, enquiring, applying, signing in to your account, and contacting us.
The Master Services Agreement covers the service. Your funnel, your CRM sub-account, advertising management, fees, cancellation and the obligations each of us takes on. You accepted a specific version of it at checkout and that version is what binds you. If anything here appears to conflict with it, the agreement governs.
Neither covers your consumers. Your funnel is published under your agency name and your National Producer Number, with its own terms and privacy policy. What you promise the people who use it is between you and them.
Who may use this site
This service is sold to licensed insurance agents and agencies. You may use this site if you are one, or you work for one, and you are at least 18.
If you are looking for health coverage for yourself, this is not the site you want. We do not sell insurance and cannot enrol you. Go to HealthCare.gov, or to a licensed agent in your state.
Your account
We sign you in with a link sent to your email address rather than a password. That link is a credential: anyone holding it can reach your account until it is used or expires. Keep it to yourself, and do not forward it.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@fasttrackaca.com if you think someone else has access to it.
What you may not do
- Use the site or the service to break the law, or to market insurance in a way that breaks the rules that apply to you.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your licensing, your certification or your National Producer Number.
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or try to extract another client's information from it.
- Probe, scan or test the security of our systems, or try to reach any part of them you have not been given access to.
- Copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the funnel software, or build a competing product from it.
- Resell, sublicense or share your access with another agency.
- Use our name, logo or brand to suggest an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist.
- Interfere with the service, or with anyone else's use of it.
What belongs to us
The funnel software, its design, its automations, this site and the FastTrack ACA name and logo are ours and stay ours. A subscription is a licence to use them while it is active. It is not a purchase, and it ends when the subscription does.
What belongs to you
Your agency name, your logo, your brand colours and anything else you give us remain yours. You grant us permission to use them for one purpose: building, running and advertising your funnel. That permission ends when your subscription does, apart from copies held in ordinary backups.
You confirm you have the right to give us what you give us. If a logo you upload turns out to belong to somebody else, that is a problem you have to resolve.
Your consumers' information is yours, and how we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.
Services we do not control
Your funnel depends on companies that are not us — Meta, Stripe, HealthSherpa, GoHighLevel and others. Their own terms apply to you where you hold accounts with them, and we cannot change what they decide.
That matters most for advertising. Health insurance is a restricted category on Meta, and accounts, pages and individual advertisements in it are rejected, restricted or disabled routinely, sometimes without a stated reason. We will work an appeal and rebuild what can be rebuilt. We cannot guarantee that advertising can run, continue running, or be restored, and a restriction on your Meta assets is not a failure of this service.
The same applies to HealthSherpa: your funnel cannot show live prices until they issue and approve an API key in your name, on their timetable rather than ours.
We do not give professional advice
Nothing on this site or in the service is legal, tax, compliance or insurance advice. You are the agent of record for every consumer your funnel produces, and every obligation you owe them — suitability, disclosure, accurate enrolment, and every applicable marketing rule — is yours.
Claims about results
Any lead volume, cost per lead or revenue figure on this site describes past or target performance for other agents. It is an illustration, not a promise about what you will get. What you actually see depends on your market, your budget, the season, platform conditions and your own follow-up.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and do not promise it will never be interrupted. Maintenance happens, and so do outages at the companies we build on. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell customers by email rather than relying on you to notice.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, this site and the service are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, and consistent with the Master Services Agreement, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. If you are not a paying customer, it is limited to one hundred dollars.
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including lost commissions or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your conduct toward the consumers your funnel produces, your licensing or certification, your advertising, or anything you give us that turns out not to be yours to give.
Suspension and ending your access
You may stop using the site at any time, and cancel your subscription from your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if your licensing or certification turns out not to be what you told us, or if we are required to.
The sections about intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and indemnity survive after access ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and if a change is significant we will tell customers by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
